How We Are Responding to COVID-19

We Care About Keeping You and Our Team Safe

Continuing to serve you as an essential service during the Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge many businesses are facing in our communities across East Tennessee. We've examined the guidelines and stand by the recommendations of our state and local officials.

Wearing Masks

Our staff will be wearing masks when performing pickup/delivery services and when interacting with you at our showroom and crematory. We ask that you wear a mask as well to help keep everyone safe and healthy. If you do not have a mask, please let us know and we'll be glad to provide one for you.

Social Distancing

Our team will make every effort to remain at least 6 feet away from our customers. However, we understand this may not always be feasible. Please help us to maintain as much distance as possible during pickup/delivery, private viewings, and public showroom browsing. If desired, your pet's cremains may be shipped to you using Priority Express overnight delivery through the US Postal Service.

Showroom

We are disinfecting our showroom on a regular basis to keep our customers safe. This includes using hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes on frequently touched surfaces including doors, counters, and merchandise.
